100 PhD Studentships at Northumbria University

Northumbria University is a research-rich, business focussed, professional university with a global reputation for academic excellence. As part of our continued support for excellence in research the University is offering up to 100 funded PhD studentships to commence from October 2014. This includes AHRC funded studentships in Art and Design, and Heritage.

Studentship opportunities are available accross all Faculties:

• Arts, Design and Social Sciences
• Business and Law
• Engineering and Environment
• Health and Life Sciences

A range of Northumbria directly funded and competition funded schemes are available, and will be advertised via the PhD Programmes, Research Projects and Studentships 2014/5 link below from week commencing 3rd March 2014. 

In addition, PhD programmes and research projects for self-funded applicants are also currently advertised.
