The Australian National University (ANU): International Postgraduate Research Scholarships

Eligibility

These scholarships are available for PhD and Master degrees by research and cover the full tuition fee for overseas students. Graduates from all countries except Australia and New Zealand are eligible.
Please note that overseas students need two scholarships to support their study for a PhD degree - an ANU PhD Scholarship which provides the living allowance and an International Postgraduate Research Scholarship which provides for the compulsory tuition fees.

Aspiring students should pay particular attention to Information for International Students which includes details on Conditions of Stay, English Language Competence, Health Insurance, etc.

Stipend
The full fee for a laboratory-based PhD or MPhil degree course is currently A$19,231 per annum.

Closing date for applications
The closing date is 31 August each year.
